The WIN-APP is an innovative support tool that allows migrants to access the validation system and remotely follow each step of the process with the constant assistance of VAE operators.

The Mobile App, available for download on Play Store and Apple Store, is available in the following languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Greek and Ukrainian.

The WIN-APP, through a multi-user system, allows all actors involved in the validation process a constant interaction and the realisation of the validation process in a guided way.

The WIN-APP responds to the implementation needs of the WIN-VAE methodology and was developed using the best-suited technologies for the project’s purposes.

The final product is characterised by the presence of a Chatbot and comprises two sections: the first one is informative and the second one is the implementation of the validation process. Thanks to the WIN-APP, migrants can find out about the potential of WIN-VAE, access the service, transmit their documentation to operators, follow the progress of their file, access verification tests, interact with operators and experts and receive final certificates.

The objective of WIN-APP is to guide users through the validation process, making it simpler and more intuitive thanks to the possibility of managing it remotely.
