WIN-Training is an e-learning training course that aims to broaden and enhance the competences of certification practitioners (validators) and/or future validators through the acquisition of key elements of the new WIN-VAE methodology.

The WIN-Training integrates learning resources such as multimedia materials and manuals containing information and guidance on how to apply the new VAE methodology for migrants and is available in the following languages: English, Italian, French, Spanish, German and Greek.
A certificate of attendance is issued upon completion of the course.

The training course is available on the WIN-Training project e-learning platform WIN-Training (elearning.workinclusion2021.eu).

The objective of WIN-Training is to enable the application of the WIN-VAE methodology and its dissemination by breaking geographical and language barriers, through the use of innovative methods and tools for training, teaching and learning.
