The Learning, Teaching, Training Activities – LTTA meeting took place on 6 and 7 September 2023 at INCOMA’s headquarters in Seville (Spain).

The event aimed to train the first group of operators in validating the experiences of migrants using the WIN-VAE methodology, while testing the products in order to assess their strengths and weaknesses. The content and functional aspects of the WIN-Training course were carefully analysed, reviewing the teaching modules concerning the accompaniment of VAE migrants and the validation processes of the experiences. The activity was attended by the staff members of the partners who showed interest in the application of the methodology and was successfully carried out.

The course is finally ready to be subjected to a further testing phase at national level by the partners. The partnership hopes to make WIN-Training available on the WIN-Training online platform WIN-Training (workinclusion2021.eu) for all validators or validation practitioners who would like to learn and apply the WINC validation methodology by February 2024.
