The fourth transnational meeting of the WINC2021 project took place in Duisburg (Germany) on 18 and 19 December 2023.

The meeting took stock of the state of development of the project activities implemented so far, through the presentation of the LTTA results and the intermediate results of the national pilots on WIN-Training, comparing and analysing the results obtained during the testing phase at national level and suggesting possible corrective actions where necessary. The partners also analysed and discussed the functionalities and accessibility of the third project activity, the innovative WIN-APP, planning the internal and end-user testing activities that will be carried out in the coming months.

The WIN-APP represents a fundamental tool for the purposes of the project, as it will have the role of facilitating and speeding up the validation process of migrants’ competences, also acting as a support for validation operators. The meeting also covered the planning of actions to promote the WIN-Training course and the organisation of the next Multiplier Event and dissemination activities of the project. There is great enthusiasm among the members of the WINC2021 project team,for what has been achieved so far.
