Rende (CS), Italy – Euroform RFS is pleased to announce the launch of the asynchronous WIN-Training course, available on the e-learning platform https://elearning.workinclusion2021.eu/. This course was developed as part of the Erasmus KA2 project – Cooperation Projects for Adult Education “Work Inclusion 2021” (WINC2021), an initiative aimed at improving the socio-occupational inclusion conditions of migrants in Europe and providing adult education professionals with more effective tools for experience validation tailored to the needs of migrants in Europe.

An innovative methodology: WIN-VAE At the core of the WINC2021 project is the WIN-VAE methodology, an innovative approach developed by a transnational partnership including Osengo (France), 1st E.K. Prevezas (Greece), Afridat Innovation (Germany), and Incoma (Spain). This methodology enables the rapid and accurate validation of experiences acquired by migrants in their life and work journeys. It is a key component of the WIN-Training course, which offers specific training for validators and other stakeholders involved in the validation process. The objective is to provide adequate tools and a shared framework to support migrants in accessing job and training opportunities in Europe.

The WIN-Training course is developed and available in six languages (Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, and Greek), making it accessible to a broad and diverse audience across Europe. The asynchronous training is designed to be flexible and accessible, allowing participants to learn at their own pace.

Course Objectives:

• Outline a framework on migration and the concept of migrants
• Provide insights into accessing the education system and training courses for migrants in partner countries
• Raise awareness among key actors about the new validation process
• Train competent validators in the WIN-VAE methodology
• Present the tools for applying the WIN-VAE

The WIN-Training course is the essential training path for those who want to apply the WIN-VAE methodology for validating migrant experiences, ensuring a qualified and uniform application of the validation process.

As commented by the WINC21 staff members: “The Work Inclusion 2021 project is a concrete example of how European collaboration can address the challenges of social and occupational inclusion. Through the WIN-Training course, all sector operators will have the opportunity to qualify in the WIN-VAE methodology and actively contribute to building a fairer and more inclusive system for migrants.”

The partnership will be engaged throughout 2023 in training the first group of WIN-VAE validators through the WIN-Training course.
